Co-founded technology businesses, leads Proppify’s technology direction and remains actively involved in enterprise AI through ANT.
How the Work Is Structured
Think Before Build gives organisations direct access to Priya’s senior technology judgement. Proppify provides the commercial and engineering foundation for engagements, while ANT keeps the advisory work connected to current enterprise AI product development.
Advisory practice
Think Before Build is Priya Packrisamy’s focused technology advisory and architecture practice. It is where leaders engage her directly for technology decisions, architecture, AI strategy and ongoing advisory guidance.
Contracting and delivery
Proppify Solutions LLP is the legal and commercial entity behind paid engagements. Proposals, contracts, statements of work and invoices are issued by Proppify. Where implementation is required, the Proppify engineering team may provide delivery capacity.
Enterprise AI platform
ANT is Proppify’s enterprise agentic AI platform, developed under Priya’s technology leadership. It provides current, hands-on experience in AI platform architecture, agentic workflows, integrations, evaluation and production operations.
Advisory engagements can stand alone. Clients are not required to use Proppify for implementation or ANT as their technology platform. Recommendations are based on the client’s needs, constraints and operating environment.

Today, I lead advisory work through Think Before Build, serve as Co-Founder & CTO of Proppify Solutions LLP and continue to work directly on enterprise AI through ANT.
